Sesiones Shangri-La
Aqui ire metiendo las sesiones que se vayan creando para la web. y clases de spinning.
Primera sesión "Shangri-La sesion1".
Bien necesitareis lo siguiente.
1. entrar en playstore de vuestro movil y descargaros esta APP "Icycling free" es gratuita.
2.una vez instalada conectar el movil al usb de vuestro pc..y mirad en la carpeta que se a creado con el mismo nombre...a continuación, pasad los archivos siguientes.
3. Pasad a dicha carpeta Shangri-La sesion1 tanto el que trae la sesion de musica como el blanco de texto.
4.abrir el icycling en vuestro movil, y arriba a la izquierda os vendra una serie de iconos, pulsad el primeró de la izquierda, y se os abrira los archivos que metisteis en la carpeta de Shangri-La sesion1..pulsad tan solo de los dos el que no ponga mp3..y ya cargara la sesion..y solo con darle abajo al play..os reproducira la sesion, y os ira marcando y avisando cada tramo.
El archivo son 101mg, dentro del mismo aparte de los dos que os dije, viene uno de texto, con información de la sesión y nombre de las canciones.
Shangri-La sesion1
Pulsad en descarga regular,descarga de archivo en el modo navegador..os hara una cuenta atras y escribid las letras que os pide que escribais.

Well will need the following.
1. enter playstore of your phone and Unload this APP "iCycling free" is free.
2.a Once installed connect the phone to the usb of your pc .. and look in the folder that was created with the same name ... then, pass the following files.

4.Open the iCycling in your mobile, top left and you will come a series of icons, CLICK the first on the left, and you will open the files that you put in the folder .. Shangri-La Session 1 of only CLICK the two that do not put mp3 .. and you load the session .. and only give you down to play .. playa the session, and I will be marking and warning each section.
